Returns

Any major imperfections (Holes, Rips/Tears, Stains) will be noted on the product description as well as portrayed in the product photos. You are shopping for Vintage clothing (used/second hand) therefore expect pin holes and other imperfections due to age and excessive use.

It is up to the customer to view all available information (defects listed & sizing) and photos before making any purchase. Pick Six Vintage will only accept returns if any of our products have been hugely misrepresented. 

For all return requests You must contact our support team at support@picksixvintage.com.au within 24hrs of the time of delivery (as per your tracking information) with all appropriate information regarding the reasons for your return request, photos are encouraged. Failure to contact us within the 24hr window of delivery and we will unfortunately not honour any request for a refund. 

Please allow 2-3 business days for our support team to review all provided information & reply to all emails.  Shipping charges originally charged on purchase will not be reimbursed with the refund.
Any products that are listed in our $50 & Under range, sale items or Discounted Items through codes or promotions are non refundable.
Shipping charges to return any product will also be at the buyers expense.

While Pick Six Vintage is a small business we are currently only offering store credits for the refunded amount. Thank you for the understanding

* All items featured on this store are vintage, some being 15-20+ years old. Please do not expect brand new clothing. All items will show some signs of wear in the form of but not restricted to; Fading, stains, rips, tears, pin holes etc... So we urge you to view all available information and photos to help you make a judged decision.
